ELD가 배포하는 앱의 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 안내를 따라주세요.

elanfit (엘란핏)

앱 내에서 삭제하기

  1. elanfit 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 프로필 탭 하단으로 스크롤합니다.
  3. 회원 탈퇴 버튼을 탭합니다.
  4. 확인 메시지에서 계정 삭제를 선택하면 계정과 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

ALLSCORE

앱 내에서 삭제하기

  1. ALLSCORE 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 설정(Settings) 또는 마이페이지로 이동합니다.
  3. 계정 삭제 또는 회원 탈퇴 버튼을 탭합니다.
  4. 확인 메시지에서 삭제를 선택하면 계정과 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

본문: 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소와 삭제를 원하는 앱 이름을 포함해주세요.

삭제되는 데이터

계정 삭제 시 다음 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.

사용자 설정 및 환경설정즉시 삭제
AI 대화 기록즉시 삭제
커뮤니티 게시글, 댓글익명화 보존 (작성자 정보 제거)
결제 기록익명화 후 5년 보관 (법적 의무)

주의: 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다. 삭제 전 필요한 데이터를 백업해주세요.

Account & Data Deletion

ELD | Applies to: All apps published by ELD (elanfit, ALLSCORE, etc.)

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from any app published by ELD, please follow the instructions below.

elanfit

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the elanfit app and sign in.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

ALLSCORE

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the ALLSCORE app and sign in.
  2. Navigate to Settings or My Page.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Body: Please include the email address used to sign up and the name of the app.
